Flow Launcher is by far the best launcher to Windows and offers the Alfred experience that Mac users have had on mac for years. Admittedly, it takes more effort to setup how you like the first time and if you use Everything indexing as well it takes a little extra effort but compared to other solutions this is still the most streamlined and runs very well. The only criticism is for non technical people it might be difficult to work with the settings menus. Also its open source which is huge.

This is my new go-to after using Keypirinha as an alternative to Alfred. The interface for Flow Launcher can be themed and comes with a curmudgeon of plugins to activate. It's buttery smooth, looks pleasant and much easier to configure than Keypirinha (you have to play with the INI files).
My wishlist for improvement:

As much as I'd like to switch over to Flow Launcher, the one thing still making me stick to Listary is its File Explorer and Total Commander integration.
Being able to type in the desired file or folder location when downloading or opening a file or jumping to a certain folder in Total Commander is convinience one does not want to give up, and sadly Flow Launcer (as far as I've seen) does not have it, even with the Explorer plugin.
various useful plugins . easy to setup.
Listary is my primary launcher, but I wanted something for bookmarks so I installed Flow.Launcher.. and I'm well pleased, though I find myself using Flow.Launcher as a convenient Google searcher more.
Best launcher on Windows, very customizable and a large extension collection. A great open source project.
Currently Flow Launcher is probably the best option when it comes to balance between making a launcher customizable on one end and easy to use on another. A very healthy plugin ecosystem and support for Everything file indexer is what makes it even better. Open source too.
