What is DropToss?
DropToss is a Windows file transfer app that lets users send photos, videos, audio files, and documents from an iPhone, iPad, or Android device to a Windows PC simply by scanning a QR code.
Nothing needs to be installed on the phone. The transfer page opens directly in the mobile browser, with no account registration or USB cable required.
When both devices are connected to the same network, DropToss uses direct local transfer. When a direct connection is unavailable, it can use a temporary cloud relay.
DropToss also supports automatic file conversion during transfer, including HEIC to JPEG, MOV to MP4, and M4A to MP3.
DropToss is distributed exclusively through the Microsoft Store as a one-time purchase and includes a 7-day free trial.
