Lufi
It stores files, encrypts them in the browser and allows you to download them.
What is Lufi?
It stores files and allows you to download them. Is that all? No. All the files are encrypted by the browser! It means that your files never leave your computer unencrypted. The administrator of the Lufi instance you use will not be able to see what is in your file, neither will your network administrator, or your ISP. The encryption key part of the URL is a anchor, that means this part is only processed client-side and does not reach the server.

Free. Open-Source. End-to-End encryption that's done in the browser. Very light-weight and straight-forward way of safely transferring files to/from our clients, and it can be self-hosted too.
It is great to have the choice to host this File-Sharing Software yourself, while also being able to access public instances. You can find a list of Public Lufi-Instances at https://www.chatons.org/search/by-service?service_type_target_id=148

Great, self-hosted solution to get files from clients securely. It has a simple, elegant, and powerful WUI. Encryption keys are automatically generated and stored client-side. Simple data retention rules and password protection (distinct from the keys) is a nice plus.
