Perfect. Its a FOSS version of AirDrop. I don't like apple phones and have been wishing for something like this ever since i've got my macbook. works like a charm on my home network. outside it may need a hotspot or something depending on the place you are on network's firewall rules..

Corrupts transferred files, does not check integrity.
I have 2 PCs connected through LAN. This software finds the other PC easily and moves files effortlessly between them. The interface is move advanced than that of NitroShare and also more convenient.
Another use for it is to move files from your Android phone to your PC through Wi-Fi from your router.
Easy and secure cross-platform file transfers between devices on the LAN. Even urls! No internet necessary. The interface is nicer than I expected but still a little clunky. Sometimes a device becomes unconnectable until its app is relaunched.
