What is Fileship?

Fileship is a file host for your own server. Upload from ShareX, its Windows app, its browser extension, your phone or the web and get a link back. It has nested folders you can share with other users, Markdown notes, short links, upload inboxes and a trash.

The Windows app captures regions across monitors with annotations, records the screen and GIFs and copies text with OCR. Fileship Harbor shows your files in File Explorer as online-only files.

Optional AI runs on your server for smart search in over 50 languages, captions, OCR and sensitive content detection. Files can live on the local disk, S3, SFTP or FTP, updates run from the dashboard without downtime, and Zipline, XBackBone and Chibisafe instances can be imported.
