What is DictaFlow?

DictaFlow is an AI dictation and voice-editing app with native apps for Windows, macOS, iPhone, iPad and Android. It turns speech into text in supported text fields and includes custom vocabulary and reusable text expansions.

On desktop, Dictation and AI Smart Edit support Paste or Typing output. Typing Mode inserts characters rather than relying on clipboard paste, which can help in Citrix, RDP and other remote or restricted applications. Compatibility depends on the application and environment.

DictaFlow offers cloud-assisted processing and a separate Local Offline mode on supported devices. Cloud features require internet access; consumer DictaFlow is not entirely offline.

A free tier is available. Direct Pro pricing is US$9 per month or US$84 per year (US$7 per month equivalent, billed annually). Mobile-store and regional prices may differ. DictaFlow Medical is a separate product.
