I like the speedy searches and app integrations. You can add Gmail, GoogleMaps, Youtube, documents and others. It is still limited to their list of apps, and free level lets you connect 5 at a time. Brings up maps very quickly. Search YouTube vids you've watched. Make notes, save spaces/lists, etc.

The software integrates email and calendar functions, sorts files, messages, and contacts into virtual spaces, and includes web search capabilities.

Note that another program, Perplexity Computer, was released on February 25, 2026. It looks pretty similar in the intent, and more extensive in apps available to connect, but there is no free tier. Perhaps Perplexity Computer is less team-friendly.
