As a designer, Commander One has been a game changer for managing my projects. Its dual-pane interface makes navigating files a breeze, and the customization options let me tailor it to my workflow. Truly a must-have for staying organized and efficient.

Frequent errors and poor usability. Bought the software for 50$ and they rejected the refund I requested after 1 day. They advertised a money back guarantee, now my lawyer will get my money back.

Commander One allows you to search for names and content, only in subfolders, even using regex. No location column in search results, though.

I'm quite happy with UI of Commander One. I like the simplicity of management of my MAC files. Also nicely integrates with Box and OneDrive if required which makes it so easy to work with. Can't function without it anymore.

Great alternative to the standard Mac finder app. If you have ever used the Norton Commander, you will immediately feel at home ...

The best and complete alternative to the MacOS finder, with the possibility of having all cloud services in a single click, instead of accessing them through broswer or native apps. All of this without taking up space on the computer.

Trollware. This is the free program Double Commander, with about 19/20 features removed and with a price stuck on it.

On top of that, these "developers" (thieves) have the sheer audacity and stupidity to try and refuse legally required refunds, refuse to honour licenses per customer (requiring one PER DEVICE @$50!) and refusing to implement basic features like skins/themes (the "themes" this app supposedly has are a background colour for one part of the window and nothing else).

Here you go, get this app plus about 100 more features for free with no price ever: https://sourceforge.net/p/doublecmd/wiki/Download/

0/10 paid copy of free program with dodgy plagiarising developers

What is Commander One?

Commander One is dual-pane file manager for OS X created in Swift, which enables you to manage your files in the best possible way.

You will get the dual-pane interface for easy moving and copying files from one place to another; multi-tab browsing for eliminating clutter; advanced search for locating files quickly; file operations queueing, hotkeys setup, ZIP support and much more.

PRO Pack of the application offers additional benefits: built-in fast FTP client that enables you to connect to remote server through FTP or SFTP; easy access to data on your devices, both iOS and Android; compression and extraction of ZIP, RAR, TBZ, TGZ, 7z files; integration of any number of Dropbox accounts, and more.

The 3.0 version of Commander One brought lots of new features and improvements throughout. Commander One now works with Box cloud, OpenStack Swift storage, Backblaze B2, Amazon S3-compatible clouds with an ability to encrypt cloud files. If you are already familiar with version 1.0 you'll be pleased to discover all new features that were added thanks to users' comments and requests, and the support for Dark Mode was added, of course. As per usual, Commander One provides the advanced level of file management in a two-panel interface on Mac as well as file sharing between Mac, clouds and mobile devices with the top standards of security.
