Manjaro and Antergos are both rolling release, Arch-based Linux distros offering multiple desktop environments. Manjaro, however, is the more polished, more user-friendly and with the better community support. The world is big enough for both, but it's hard to see why Manjaro shouldn't be the first choice between the two.

Assuming someone uses Antergos because they want an Arch distro with an easy install, that sounds exactly like Manjaro.

It's the closest alternative to Antergos. Some say and I completely agree that Antergos was just an Arch installer. So, why not using pure Arch?

Unlike Antergos, Arch it's hardly "plug and play" as it requires installing from CLI and a lengthy configuration process; there are however installers like AL Installer, Anarchy Linux o Arch Labs that pretty much fill these requirements

It can be an alternative, but Fedora isn't a rolling release like Arch, but it can be considered a bleeding edge distro. Not as much when compared to Arch, but it's something that worth mentioning.

Unless you're really into the Arch ecosystem and depend on things like AUR or the rolling release model, Fedora is a great alternative that's both up-to-date and extremely stable.

Has a dead-simple installation process for an Arch system. Keeps things much simpler and direct than a distro like Manjaro does. If you want an easy installation like with Antergos, this is it.

Qubes is a Debian-based Linux distro aimed at security, rather than usability. It compartmentalizes your activity into virtual machines which makes your workflow hard for most common tasks and increases system load. Great for whistle-blowers, not for video editors. Antergos is based on Arch and aims at delivering a friendlier Arch-based experience out-of-the box. Manjaro is closest to Antergos.

Not a bleeding edge and rolling release distribution. Lubuntu is part of the official Ubuntu flavors that uses LXDE (pre-18.04) and LXQt (pos-18.10) as the desktop environment. Lubuntu is aimed for those with a old and dated computer/laptop or with bad specs. Lubuntu is simple, lightweight and fast.
