FreeBSD doesn't aim to be easy to use nor a desktop OS; even Arch Linux, Void Linux and Gentoo are closer to FreeBSD than Linux Mint

Win10 & FreeBSD are both operating systems. There the similarity ends. Unlike Win10, FreeBSD is open source, free (like beer and like birds), far more secure and private. It also requires much more technical knowledge to get to work smoothly. Try TrueOS if you want a beginner-friendly BSD-based OS.
