Adobe unveils live co-editing in Photoshop for real-time collaborative editing

Adobe has introduced a new feature called Live Co-Editing for Adobe Photoshop, which facilitates real-time collaboration on the same canvas. The feature enables users to share a canvas via a link, creating a collaborative image editing experience similar to Figma, Canva, or more commonly, Google Docs.

Currently in beta testing, users can sign up for early access. For now, the service is limited to files stored in Adobe Creative Cloud, instead of working with locally stored files, similar to how the current "Invite to Edit" feature operates.

This feature enables designers and clients to collaborate in real-time, allowing both to comment and make adjustments on the same document, while also simplifying file sharing and eliminating delays caused by file transfers or version control issues.
