To be fair, on pc it's been digital only for roughly a decade. And games are licensed on steam too, funnily just as they had been back when on discs. So really a flaw in law?! But not being able to share give away your games, although it's a compromisable freedom as seen with pc gaming / steam, is worth the rage I believe. The one thing I'd tell anyone leaving TV Time, wherever you land, is to export your data now at gdpr.tvtime.com before July 15. Once TV Time shuts down, there won't be a way to recover it.
And since a couple of people mentioned ratings, worth knowing the common TV Time to Trakt import doesn't bring your ratings over. Keep your original export file until you're sure you've migrated everything you care about.
