Microsoft Loop adds its first integrations with third-party apps through Jira and Trello
Microsoft Loop, the newest digital workspace platform from Microsoft, and direct competitor to Notion, has launched new integrations with project management tools, JIRA and Trello. This allows Loop users to update their Jira and Trello boards directly from the Loop interface, improving project workflows and collaboration within the Loop ecosystem.
This is the first in a series of planned integrations designed to enhance Loop's capabilities. The announcement was made via a tweet from Loop's official account.
Following the announcement, a Twitter user suggested integrating Figma comments and Miro comments into Loop, which would further expand its integration capabilities. Loop's official account responded with a note-taking emoji, suggesting that the idea is being considered and we'll probably see it soon. Loop is still far behind the market leaders Notion and Obsidian, but it's good to see the constant updates, indicating a move towards matching its competitors in integrated project management capabilities.
