



A simple list of Applications I use daily, hopefully you haven't seen all of these before. But, in this list you'll generally find apps that look modern, as UI is pretty important to me. I know there aren't too many "Linux with Pretty UI" lists, so here's this one. Let me know if there are any you'd add!

Spectacle is a simple application for capturing desktop screenshots. It can capture images of the entire desktop, a single monitor, the currently active window, the window currently under the mouse, or a rectangular region of the screen.





If you're a fan of App Images, this allows them to be better integrated to the system, updates, envs, very useful.



A little more notepad simple compared to Kate. Still advanced, but it doesn't overwhelm me as bad.
