Userlike is a very advanced service but is also simple to use. One line of code installs the system on any site (including Wordpress installs) and all of the config is done from their admin area. Various customisation and automation tools are available, and tech support is very helpful.

Chats can be held over the Jabber protocol too, meaning that incoming messages show up in the mac Messages app, so no third party software required.

I have been using Userlike for about a month, and I love it. The user interface and customization is amazing. Really think its one of the best (paid or free) versions out there.

Userlike als Live Chat APP ist die neue Art sein Marketing zu betreiben, denn spätestens seit Facebook wissen wir alle wie wichtig die Verweildauer und die Interaktion auf der eigenen Webseite/Blog ist.

Der direkte Kontakt zum Webseiten Besucher verhilft genau dazu und kann den Umsatz nach oben schnellen, wenn die Chat Agenten gut ausgebildet sind und cool bleiben statt übertriebene Freundlichkeit vorheucheln...

Userlike hat seinen Job gemacht und ich Supporte es , weil es ein deutsches Unternehmen ist und wir brauchen mehr solcher Startups.

Allerdings würde ich mir ein bezahlbares Modell für Startups, die knappes Budget haben, wünschen.
