SuperGenPass Comments

Right idea, but others do the same job better.

The idea is that instead of hosting/syncing your passwords, SuperGenPass has a browser plugin which takes two inputs from you: a domain name (for the website you want to log into/create a password for) and a master password (one you always remember). It uses a hashing algorithm to generate a unique string (a password) which you can use for that particular website.

The idea is good but it's been done better more recently by Master Password and Less Pass. Check those out for this kind of password management solution. Or go for KeePass (Windows, Linux) or MacPass (Mac) if you want a fully-features password manager that encrypts your passwords in a database. Up to you.
