PicView is an Open Source Image Viewer for Windows, designed to be easy to use. It is a neat looking app that quickly and efficiently browses through images supporting all common file formats, including .heic, .psd, .png, .jpg & RAW camera image files.

Switch between image scaling modes; Pressing 1 Centers the image in the window, while retaining the image's original size.
Pressing 2 Also centers the image in the window, but the image will be stretched to window height, while retaining aspect ratio.
Pressing 3 enables the auto window sizing feature. It will resize the window to the image's size, while keeping the window centered.
Pressing 4 also enables the window sizing feature, but the image will be stretched to the monitor's height, while retaining aspect ratio.

Drag and drop from files Windows explorer or your browser. You can also hold Ctrl to drag currently viewed image to your file system.
You can Change how the application sorts through the files right from the context menu.
Copy Ctrl + C, Move Ctrl + X, Paste Ctrl + V images, file paths, web addresses or base64 images.
Image rotation by pressing Up, Down || W, S.
Flip image back and forth (horizontally) by pressing F.
View and access most recent files in the contextmenu, including ones from web addresses.
Quickly crop images by pressing C.
Toggleable scroll function by pressing X
Scroll function supports auto scroll, by middle mouse clicking.
Rename/move files F2, for easy file management of photos/images.
