XnView Alternatives
XnView is described as 'utility for viewing and converting graphic files. XnView is provided as FREEWARE for private non-commercial or educational use (including non-profit organization)' and is a very popular Image Viewer in the photos & graphics category. There are more than 100 alternatives to XnView for a variety of platforms, including Windows, Linux, Mac, Xfce and PortableApps.com. The best alternative is IrfanView. It's not free, so if you're looking for a free alternative, you could try nomacs or ImageGlass. Other great apps like XnView are XnView MP, FastStone Image Viewer, JPEGView and qView.
XnView is mainly a Image Viewer but alternatives to it may also be Photo Managers or Image Editors. IrfanView vs XnView opinions
Slashee_the_Cow IrfanView is focused on opening and editing pictures individually, rather than organising many imagesonenil To the best of my knowledge, is more analogous to GIMP--an image editor--rather than an image organizer. - XnViewMP is a free software to view, organise, convert graphics and photos files or to create slide show, contact sheet, HTML pages.

- ImageGlass is a simple picture viewer with which you will be able to display your image collection in a very similar way to the one that Windows provides by default, but with some additional functions.
Bundleware
The first installer available on the website, presented by the author, "ImageGlass Spider", is bundleware. From the privacy policy: "Also, the software shares available resources with the Spider's customers, to pass traffic through your device."
The author is aware of the problem and indecisive on what action to take. Since less experienced users would fall for the "Spider" edition, be careful when downloading this software.
- FastStone Image Viewer is a fast, stable, user-friendly image browser, converter and editor. It has a nice array of features that include image viewing, management, comparison, red-eye removal, emailing, resizing, cropping and color adjustments.
