Finally! A multi-format image viewer for Windows that supports SVG.
I have only been using ImageGlass for a few days now, but I am already so happy with it. For a long time I have wanted a simple image viewer that supports scalable vector graphics along with other popular raster & vector formats. ImageGlass has been the only free answer for Windows so far. It has a simple interface for browsing images in a very familiar manner. It can be customized to open images in external editors. There are probably many more settings & configurations that I haven't yet explored. After I have had more time with it I will update my review. For now, it gets 5 stars.

The author currently promotes a bundleware edition "ImageGlass Spider". The bundled software will "share resources" of your computer with business partners. First and foremost it will proxy traffic through your IP to help said business partners hide their tracks, whatever they do.
For less experienced users, the "Spider" edition is indistinguishable from the "Kobe" or "Moon" editions and can easily be mistaken for a new version with breaking changes prompting for a new name.
XnView MP offers more features tahn ImageGlass. So I use XnView MP.
Full of features, easy to use ! An alternative to try...
While it is lightweight and fast, you have to install .net runtime, and it is slower than JPEGView or Qview.
Great and Simple Image Viewer. It does have annoying message everytime there is a new update but don't download/buy from the Microsoft Store since it's free and open source software (FOSS), rather go to the Github page to get the new stable releases there. Another thing, if you want to use a EXIF data viewer go to the official website and follow the guide to install the application to ImageGlass. Overall pretty well application for Windows, can render large images like Infraview with ease..
ImageGlass 8 was fast and lightweight. Version 9 looks all new and fancy - and takes forever to open on my laptop.
