This is email, but it is ANYTHING BUT OPEN, and is run by Micro$oft, a leading participant in the PRISM surveillance program. This is not a privacy-friendly service.

Zoho seem to have a more user friendly way to contact customer support for any problems. OMBx does not have any links in their email, nor can users do a 'search and find their support contact info. So I be moving to very Zoho soon.

Startmail, after trial, costs about three times the price of OMBx and even tho "may be" somewhat more secure. OMB, Riseup, Tutanota, Zoho and other like email provides, paying 3 times the price is not cost effective for the fixed income users, or other economically challenged want-to-use-secure providers.
