Quick, easy to start with, good templates to begin modifying, integration with OneDrive, free! So far, it's everything I'd expect from a paid-for app like Visio.

    Rollo

Has all of Lucidchart's features, but for free. A little slower performance-wise but gets the job done easily. The free version of Lucidchart limits how big your chart can be, but draw.io doesn't limit you in the slightest and gives you absolutely everything for free.
