Quick, easy to start with, good templates to begin modifying, integration with OneDrive, free! So far, it's everything I'd expect from a paid-for app like Visio.

Rollo Has all of Lucidchart's features, but for free. A little slower performance-wise but gets the job done easily. The free version of Lucidchart limits how big your chart can be, but draw.io doesn't limit you in the slightest and gives you absolutely everything for free.

andrewbailey Visual Paradigm is a real modeling tool while Lucidchart is only a drawing tool. Visual Paradigm supports modeling by allowing the reusability of model elements in different diagrams. It also supports the transitioning and maintaining the traceability among models (e.g. as-is BPD to to-be BPD). Visual Paradigm supports the integration with IDEs like Eclipse, Visual Studio, NetBeans and IntelliJ IDEA.
