I'm not sure what the deal is with Postman but it's something with their UI that makes me crazy. You can't copy paste stuff without the cursor leaving the fields and so on.
Their environment system also feels weird and you have no idea what gets saved or not and it's just confusing in general.
I have tried Insomnia for a while now and it just feels so much better.
Better than Postman 👍
Insomnia is nice but it doesn't have API tests and it is incredibly slow. I don't have the best computer, but why does an app that sends HTTP requests use up almost 500 MB of memory at first launch? Ridiculous.
It also requires installation instead of simple extractable zip.As time passes, installing too many apps on Windows requires formatting :/

Insomnia and Postman are using Electron for their apps. It means minimal 200MB file size and huge ram consumption. You can try this one: Nightingale REST Client
Is Insomnia REST client collaborative?
It's good, simple an clean :) dsadasd
Installs itself automatically after executing exe file without any consent from user. Stay away from this kind of shitware.
