Prime Draft

Prime Draft is a writing software that simplifies the writing process, focusing on completing the initial draft before editing. It uses a method to reduce cognitive load and stress, featuring a sliding window that only shows recent text lines. Once a sentence is finished, it can't be edited to maintain focus.

The software has customization options for the user's writing environment. Users can select colors and fonts that suit their writing style. Prime Draft also has a goal-setting feature for each file, with automatic progress tracking. The software's calendar and notification system provide updates on progress.

Prime Draft has an accountability feature for writing targets. Goals set for a file can be "enforced," preventing content export until the goal is met. This feature encourages users to keep writing until they reach their target. The software's encrypted file format allows for backup creation while working towards the goal.
