The merge file function is nice and simple. It could be a little fancier and include a date to separate the parts, but it is very convenient and quick. The key is to prepare the files in advance yourself by putting modify/create date in the text.
Most useful file explorer for me. Sadly, it's not great.
Cannot edit hotkeys, Frequent Error, Slow, Cannot Undo Deleted Files
Lacks the File Search Toolbar, but has a good file merge function.
Not very powerful, lack of features. Light weight. Open source.
Slow to load in general, but not potentially spyware/adware/bundleware like Clover and not as buggy as Qttabbar. Open source and free -- this is the BEST explorer alternative available today.
I've been using it for a while now, because it's faster than Windows File Explorer, and its user interface is somewhat more usable.
However, it has definite lacks, which many may feel are gamebreakers.
For example, I managed to hide the OneDrive icon in Explorer, but explorer++ still sees it for some reason. Cannot hide it unless I always use the app in Admin mode. However, always using it in Admin mode causes other problems.
Also, some users report crashes associated with the app (I haven't experienced any, though).
Rating: 3. Usable, problems. Better than File Explorer, but has problems.
