We chose EcholoN because we found a professional and easy-to-use tool. The integration with products like PRTG and TFS was also very helpful. The price/performance ratio for medium-sized companies like us is simply TOP :-). The biggest advantage is the good customising possibilities which help us to map and update our processes.
The change from the Windows Client to the Web Client is now complete. It took a little longer, but we now have a Web Client that leaves - almost - nothing to be desired.
The complete service tasks in a software company are handled by us with EcholoN. This includes: Support requests from customers, sales processes, handling of our customer projects, the processes from employee administration (ON- and Off-Boarding, changes, ...), administration of all configuration elements (hardware, software, vehicles, contracts, ...) in the company.

Because EcholoN offers so many functions that are still unused by us, it is a pleasure to learn something new almost every day.
