Spark is an email client designed to make it easier to manage your inbox no matter how many messages you receive daily.
Thanks to its Smart Inbox, Spark automatically detects personal emails, notifications, or newsletters and groups them with similar emails in a unified inbox. Thus, your messages are processed in batches and a simple finger scan allows you to pinpoint important messages, archive those you may need later, or delete spam.
Unfortunately, it's only available for
macOS and
iOS, but there's always Thunderbird if you're using Windows or Linux.

FatSecret, any alternate to that?
The best known is probably
MyFitnessPal and you also have some mobile apps like
Poundaweek.
Simplenote is good, are there any other note taking apps that you would recommend?
Some good alternatives I can recommend are
Standard Notes,
Joplin (both end-to-end encrypted and open-source) and
Bear. But it depends on what OS you're using and if you're looking for sync capabilities.
