Native and default shell (no cygwin, msys2 or WSL)

Programs that are cross-platform (e.g. git) are missing. Those that are here (e.g. kdiff3) are explained. Built-in apps are preferred when suitable. Anything not here is assummed to be Unix-like (cygwin, WSL, VirtualBox)
