What is YouTube ReVanced?
ReVanced is an unofficial continuation of 
YouTube Vanced and unaffiliated with Vanced, aiming to deliver new features as well as those already seen in Vanced. No Ads and 
SponsorBlock, Background Playback, Auto Repeat, 
Return YouTube Dislike, Download videos.

Beware of similar unofficial sites. To use it, first install "ReVanced Manager".

I waited until Vanced lost support so I could start using Revanced, and I honestly wished I´ve done so earlier. Asides from the basic features of a Premium client (popup video, no ads, audio on blocked) it has Sponsorblock and a lot, A LOTTTTTTT, of custom settings, from interface settings to player settings and to remove unused features. Hoping the support continues a long way and for no joke NFTs to be released anytime soon
You can background play, sponsorblock, hide shorts. It is so customisable. It has got everything.
I agree with DL300 --- this abomination seems to be the work of 3rd world opportunist vultures who've swooped in on the dying / dead Vanced project, capitalised on it immense goodwill to turn up this unreliable turd of a software which could also harbour malware. It doesn't work on non-branded, non-Chinese (Vivo, Oppo, other sh*te), older Android versions, non-rooted and a million other combinations. There is no authority website established on the 'net from where you know you can download the required packages without getting screwed over. It's a nightmare! STAY AWAY FOLKS, until things get better. Right now Pakistan looks more stable than this p.o.s.
Full support to the devs behind the project that is the rightful successor of Vanced. They are putting a great amount of effort and doing an excellent job. They literally started working on it this year and it is usable by the end of the year. There may be some bugs here and there, but they are getting resolved fast and are not a reason to complain. Want to complain? Then contact Google, ‘cause they’re the ones that killed Vanced.
Endless problems caused by incompetence compared to Vanced. I'm aware Google is actively fighting these guys, but still - apps like NewPipe manage to deliver an ad-free YouTube experience without requiring several different apps, boot-time reinstalls, patching processes that DON'T WORK and take FOREVER - these people have no idea what they're doing, sad as it is to say. Use anything else. Even vanilla youtube is better than this abortion.
Let me be clear: the manager for Revanced will INSTALL ITSELF AS A BOOT-TIME REINSTALLER FOR WHATEVER REVANCED TEAM FEELS LIKE - THIS IS NOT MENTIONED TO THE USER, AND THERE IS NO WAY TO OPT-OUT. This is malware.
If you're curious as to why they've done this clear violation of user trust; they do it because the application -MAY- be updated by google play store for the 2 people on earth who haven't disabled updates. As a result they thought "may as well install malware". Seriously, just quit working with tech, guys. You aren't cut out for it.
