I'm solving the problem of time tracking for myself within our organization with TMetric. I got rid of using paper and notebooks for planning and timing. Besides, the way time is tracked is simple and it's easy to input data about each project and task being worked on such that it becomes part of flow.
I really like the reports function it TMetric. It is easy to use and gives insights you might not otherwise be able to see (activity level, detailed info and time entries).
Excellent solution for all companies in any industry. Easy to implement and manage. I like the time entry system, it provides an easy to use method for entering time both during and after spending it.
