The official website (github repo) has no downloadable release for Windows.
EDIT: Reading through the readme from their github repo, you can find nightly builds with installers. Worth it!

I think it's a good fork.
Audacity, but with the absence of telemetry and the inclusion of Dark Audacity's nicer looking theme.

A compiled version was recently released, so the average user can finally use it now.
