Sublex Chat turns the material you already have into an assistant that answers your customers on your website, at any hour, in whatever language they write in.

You give it your web address and it reads your site. You can add documents, price lists and question-and-answer pairs. You test it privately, asking it the questions your customers actually ask. When you are satisfied, you paste one line into your website and it is live.

The part most businesses care about is what happens when it does not know. Sublex Chat answers only from the material you gave it. It cannot improvise a price, an opening time, or an appointment. When the answer is not there it tells the customer plainly, takes their details, and logs the question on a screen that shows you every question it could not answer, in the customer's own words. You answer it once and it stops being a gap.

Everything is in one price. The AI is not a separate purchase. Live chat and human takeover, so you can step into a conversation as yourself and the assistant stays quiet until you hand it back, are in the plan rather than three more line items. Removing our badge is included.

Billing is by conversation rather than by message. One conversation is one visitor's whole sitting, and it only counts when the assistant actually answered something. There are no credits to run out of mid-sentence.
