What is StrataDesk?

StrataDesk is a service management platform for MSPs, agencies, and IT teams that support multiple client companies. Instead of per-agent pricing and one shared database, StrataDesk gives every client their own space: a dedicated PostgreSQL database, per-client backups, a branded self-service portal, and its own SLAs and asset registry.

Built by an MSP for its own daily work: ticketing with SLA policies, custom asset types, time tracking, recurring plans with per-asset ticket generation and signed webhook callbacks, and a Trello import wizard that migrates boards — cards, checklists, attachments — in minutes.

Pricing is per client space with unlimited team members on paid plans. Free tier included. Deploy on our EU cloud (Romania/Germany) or self-host with Docker.
