Can remove metadata from PDF files, compress them, is open source and has next to no tracking (only usage report iirc)
Can't find the option to compress PDFs, I don't believe it has one.

Used it for years, unfortunately it's been progressively enshittified, culminating in what's now the only way to interact with it, through ChatGPT.
