When the AI can't answer a question, it automatically involves a human in the conversation, and then learns from the expert's answer. It automatically drafts a proposal which parts of your knowledge base need updating, so you can approve these changes with one click and have the AI write it up for you.
It employs a fixed monthly subscription price, with a number of conversations included in the price. The different subscription tiers ensure that you never run out of provided conversations.
