Let's be clear, nowadays a limited windows browser like this one doesn't make sense. In Android it is complete and in Windows it isn't, discriminating against windows users. A much more powerful and efficient windows system than the limited Android and its stupid phones And it is in windows where you could get much more out of it. There are many better alternatives in windows and especially something that does not have puffin windows, these work and puffin windows does not. In Android it is a good browser, I am sorry to say so but puffin in windows is absurd, nobody needs it on windows. Puffin developers are losing many users a day, not making a full version without registrations and nonsense, like any normal browser. Currently no company that starts in the market with its browser, asks for such nonsense registrations, with area limit with the excuse of the servers (in android any area works) and much less only for Americans, the world wide web is universal, not of a region... I think that these people, the creators of Puffin, are people focused on Android and the Windows world are too big for them. They don't believe in their product, competing with Chrome or Firefox. They see it as a phone browser and that's it. Little ambition.Ungoogled Chromy their developer strives to update frequently. They deserve credit for sticking around and fighting, Puffin doesn't. Puffin is a beta for a limited area, and thanks.
other people don't see it logical

To finish, Puffin could be an excellent browser on windows but for now it is a fake browser in windows, like uc browser was on windows, but uc browser at least worked and continues to work even without being updated. We are in the world wide web not in the limited wide Web. Don't waste time, with fake browsers. You don't pay for a computer so that they limit you and make you pay. Nobody has to pay to browse the web.
Unbelievable
There is no free Puffin plan. . only perhaps a month free trial.. there are some low cost plans though. My understanding is that a credit card is needed to start the trial.
Puffin is still in beta for Windows, so this means that only the bare functionalities are available. The main selling point of this browser, though, is that its speed is unrivaled by any other browser. Sometimes, when a webpage just isn't loading quickly on my normal browser, I give it a go in Puffin and it loads quickly, thanks to what CloudMosa describes as "cloud computing".
Currently in beta but with very good results in speed tests. It's going to be interesting to see how it progresses when more features will be added!
The way Puffin plays Flash content shares similarities to both Flash for Android and Skyfire. Unlike Skyfire, which only attempts to transcode Flash video, Puffin will run just about any Flash-- video or not. If you've been looking for an easy way to use Flash on your iPhone, Puffin will probably do the job.
When you watch a video with Puffin, the experience becomes a lot more like Skyfire. You can view Flash videos from your normal browser view, but the playback is laggy, so videos tends to be out of sync with their audio. For this, Puffin offers a special Skyfire-like popup window that allows you to view Flash video in fullscreen. When watching from this window, the playback is wayyy better; it's almost like watching a normal HTML5 or MP4 video from your browser.
Unfortunately, the window has some problems detecting the right video. For one, I'm pretty sure the window can only detect one video at a time. Skyfire has this same problem. Additionally, if the video that you're watching has a couple of ads playing before it, Puffin might only detect the ads, rather than the main video.
Flash not working in IOS version of puffin browser anymore :( seams like apple closed the gap :(
