Although unmaintained for a long time, I still use it today with the latest Windows 10 (US English) updates, and every feature works. Can't recommend this one enough.
I didn't realize how much I needed these tweaks, Preme makes the overall Windows experience a lot more effortless and natural. Working with multiple windows is much easier, the mouse wheel options make for faster navigation and keyboard shortcuts can be reassigned(!). It'll be one of the first things I download on any Windows installation in future, definitely; even a home PC would benefit from it.
Many options don't work on my version of win10 (1803), including killer features like scroll to maximize/minimize, middle click to close and hold to keep on top.
