The best-selling original feature of Opera was its built-in VPN. Firefox doesn't have that feature. It is claimed that Opera's vpn is really more of built-in proxy, and it doesn't get you past an IP block anymores like the old one did. Old versions update automatically and there's no going back. I recommend Epic Browser which is free and has a built-in proxy, that when enabled, doesn't leak your IP.

Vivaldi, co-founded by one of Opera's co-founders, is basically what Opera would have been today if they'd kept their focus on making a good browser that works for the person using it instead of working to squeeze out more profit for the conglomerate that owns it.

It is as powerful, or even more powerful, than the old Opera. It is also created by the creators of Opera.

Vivaldi was created to be a better version of Opera. It's more private, faster, and has more useful feature.

Brave never was when Vivaldi, Opera, Firefox were. It's bubbling under. Doesn't even have extensions. Check Lemur browser.
