I have been using Notally for quite some time now and I am very happy with it, especially the option to make lists - I use it as my To-Do app now, aside from note taking :)
The scroll bar is missing

A great free and open-source note taking app. No purchases, no ads ―just your notes. Has more features than Fossify Notes. A must have!
