    It just works on Linux, while Macrium does not work on Linux.

    With Clonezilla you cannot take live image of the disk while you are actually working.

    Clonezilla doesn't yet support block-level cloning of Mac APFS filesystems.

    Clonezilla is much faster at imaging linux disks than Macrium.

    I have used this number of times and it never fail me unless if the storage being cloned is faulty. It is also easy and intuitive to use.

    I used Macrium Reflect as a workstation backup because it does a simple clone of the drive. We use Retrospect for commercial server backups, however I've discovered that Retrospect is more efficient at doing this and cheaper, so will probably exclusively use Retrospect now.
