Ghostyak Boxes

Ghostyak Boxes is a Windows desktop organizer designed to keep files, folders, applications, and shortcuts easy to find.

Users can create boxes for different projects or purposes and freely move, resize, collapse, or lock them on the desktop. Boxes remembers the position and size of each box for different monitor configurations, helping maintain a consistent workspace when switching between single- and multi-monitor setups.

Unlike desktop organizers that relocate files, Ghostyak Boxes stores shortcuts while leaving the original files in their existing locations. It also includes a photo viewer that can display images from a box or folder as a slideshow.

Key features:

• Organize files, folders, applications, and shortcuts into boxes • Move, resize, collapse, and lock boxes • Preserve layouts for different monitor configurations • Keep original files in place by organizing them through shortcuts • View photos as a customizable slideshow • Back up, restore, and export settings • Unlimited boxes and icons in the free Community edition • No account or internet connection required

Ghostyak Boxes Community is free without a time limit. A Pro edition with additional customization and widget features is also planned.
