We are using FeedBear and it satisfies our needs just fine. We have a public site where we gather feedback but also ask our customers to leave us feedback via Intercom. Because FeedBear integrates with Intercom, Zapier, and Slack, we never missed a thing. Once the feature is ready for customers, we send a notification to the people that were interested in that particular feature. Highly recommended!
