teem is customer support and feedback software for SaaS teams. One widget inside your app holds live chat, a public feature request board with voting, a searchable help center and a changelog.
When you ship a request, teem emails everyone who voted for it. The board moves each request through open, planned, in progress, shipped and declined, and customers can see which stage it's in.
A person on your team answers every chat, and there's no AI chatbot standing between the customer and you. Reply from the teem inbox, from Slack or by email. Bug reports come in with the browser, operating system, window size and page already attached.
Your server can sign customer identities with HMAC, and teem marks those as verified so you can tell them apart from names people typed in themselves. You can put your logo and color on the widget and serve the public pages from your own domain.
teem has a REST API and an MCP server. You can connect ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or Codex and run the inbox, board, changelog and help center by asking.
