It is a newish app (around a year old) and it is evidently so for good and for bad (still have some hiccups).
I give them 5 stars because they are the only one who have a native support for Linux that I can find. also when I find an issue, they where very quick to fix it and when I asked for a feature, it appeared in the update in few days.
So the Dev-team is very dedicated and have quick a good support.

I'm strugling to stay on track with my ADHD, and DigitalZen is the first tool that actually works for me. It’s simple, flexible, and helps me stay focused without feeling overwhelmed.
it's not perfect, but it helps me a lot!

I really like this app. It helps me stay focused and organized at work. My favorite feature is the Pomodoro option, which blocks me after 25 or 50 minutes and forces me to give my brain a short break.

Started using DigitalZen lately and honestly, didn’t think I’d need something like it, but it’s been a real game changer.
I’m not a tech guy by any means, just a 50-year-old who works way too much and doesn’t know how to stop.
Most nights I’d still be in front of a screen past midnight, convincing myself I’ll just finish one more thing.
I discovered DigitalZen by a fortune accident, in one of those over worked middle of the nights.
Now I have got it set to shut down all my work stuff at 10:30 PM. No more emails, no more spreadsheets - just time with my wife. Feels weird at first… but in a good way. Didn’t realize how much time I was burning until it made me stop.
DigitaZen is a saviour! I don't need it for Focus or blocking websites.
But I have back problems, and need something to force me stop working and taking a break, stretching and do some Yoga poses to release the pressure.
I set myself a break of 5 minutes every 25 of sitting in front of the computer. Set it to minimize all the windows, block all the websites, and force me to stretch .
My back pain become much much much better.
As someone with ADHD, staying focused and organized on the computer has always been a challenge. But with this app, I finally completed a coding project I’d been putting off for ages—and was able to stay on track with the tasks at hand.
I do wish the Pomodoro timer offered more features and customization options - it has a lot of potential to be even more effective.
This app has made a huge difference for me. I first got it to block a few sites I kept getting sucked into (Instagram was the worst), but now I use the focus mode all the time. I can honestly say it’s helped me reclaim so much time. It’s super effective!
