Stillwood

Stillwood is a free website blocker for Chrome. When you open YouTube, Reddit or another site on your list during focus hours, it pauses for a few seconds and asks what pulled you there: bored, tired, anxious, stuck, need it for work, or it just opened itself. Each answer comes with a small way back to work, like a 5-minute break away from the screen when you're tired.

Features:

• Schedules: weekdays 9:00–18:00, all the time, manual focus sessions, or your own days and hours
• Each site can be paused with a question or fully closed during focus time
• "Need it for work" opens a site for 10 minutes. On YouTube it opens with search only, without the home feed, Shorts or recommendations
• The pause gets longer if you keep coming back within an hour
• Every 20 focused minutes grows a ring. If something pulled you away, the ring keeps an orange edge
• No limit on sites, no account, no analytics. Stillwood only gets access to the sites you add, and everything stays on your computer
