Screen Time for iPhone can only block or allow entire domains or subdomains — not specifically a directory of a website.

I set "Web Content" to "Allowed Websites Only." Then I added which websites to allow. But some apps (like Authy Desktop and Kindle) access IP addresses instead of domain names. Screen Time blocks these IP addresses, and they are too numerous for me to allow them individually. I encountered this issue on macOS, but I have not encountered this issue on iOS.

Screen Time for iPhone only supports a four-digit pass code –– not a longer alphanumeric password.

I want to whitelist the Startpage search engine and blacklist the anonymous view, but Screen Time for iPhone cannot do this.

Screen Time for macOS also supports only a four-digit pass code.

I navigated to Settings – Screen Time – Content & Privacy Restrictions – Content Restrictions – Web Content. Then I set Web Content to Allowed Websites to "Allow access only to the websites below." I deleted every website under "Only Allow These Websites." This should block everything and allow nothing. Unfortunately, it allows apple.com anyways. Apple made a hidden exception to prevent blocking their own website.

Unlike the Restrictions feature that preceded Screen Time, the Downtime feature of Screen Time cannot force a log out. It also does not block the Quick Look feature in Finder for audio and PDF. For more information, please see the Ask Different question "Block Quick Look During Downtime" at the following location:

As I described in my earlier comment, Apple made a hidden exception to prevent blocking their own website, apple.com, via Screen Time. I tried testing a third-party web browser, Chrome, and apple.com was also allowed despite Screen Time.

Similar to apple.com, "Only Allow These Websites" in Screen Time does not block twitter.com. For more information, please see the question "How can I block the Twitter website on iPhone?" at the following location:

Screen Time does not support a delay feature like Plucky:

As I said in my earlier comment, "Only Allow These Websites" in Screen Time does not block the host apple.com. Furthermore, the podcast directory at the host podcasts.apple.com contains some adult content.
