DiamanteDesk
Easy-to-use help-desk open source support ticketing system and customer service solution
What is DiamanteDesk?
DiamanteDesk is an independent support ticket system which is designed to listen to your customers and quickly react to satisfy their needs. Currently, it can be easily integrated into the Oro platform but in the short run it will be available for other CRM systems.
Our software enables big and small companies to support and guide their customers through emails, websites and phone calls. It is an easy and user-friendly tool designed to create tickets within the CRM and associate them with any customer from the system.
In DiamanteDesk tickets can be assigned to specific users and administrators and grouped into Branches in order to organize the workflow and focus on high-priority issues and requests.

I was looking for reliable and flexible support solution for my print store krash4e.in.ua. People involved in printing business know that it's quite challenging to build relationship with customers. It's a common issue when customer sends you inappropriate mock-ups for printing, you open these files next day and announce this bad news to customer. Angry customer damns you as you took his time. With DiamanteDesk I created special rules for tickets with attached mockups and now I can immediately react for such letters. Tickets with mockups get in special branch and assigned for responsible designers and they check quality of these mock-ups and solve problems immediately without time wasting. Pros: Free, flexible, open source Cons: Installation can be quite challenging for non-tech users
