There are more than 50 alternatives to ClipTray for a variety of platforms, including Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iPhone. The best alternative is CopyQ, which is both free and Open Source. Other great apps like ClipTray are Ditto (Free, Open Source), RecentX (Paid), 1clipboard (Free) and CLCL (Free).
