LIght weight. Powerful macro support. Shortcuts. Cloud backup and sync. Actively developed and lifetime license for a reasonable price.
Only even "acceptable" for Windows users. The OS X version hasn't been updated in 5 years and is an absolute unmitigated nightmare.

Clipto Pro
ClipboardFusion does support images. I tried Clipto Pro and from what I saw, it did not support images.
It looks like ClipboardFusion started to charge to use macros. That was its special place to me, but I know of other programs.
All editions are commercial, no free version inspite of implications on home site and elsewhere.
Portable version is for trial/assesment ONLY.
Developer warns against using the portable edition for permanent use.
Prices here should be carefully "read" and interpretted
This app might be OK for enterprise users, but I found it overkill for two of us,
and bloated with bells and whistles "features"

Not true.. very powerful free version
More than a simple clipboard manager. Amazing.
ClipboardFusion only handles TEXT clips. No formatted text, no images, just plain text!
Not sure which version you used, but the one I use (5.8) definitely supports images and rich text.
