Clanker Support is an embeddable AI customer support widget built for teams that want accurate, instant answers on their website without adopting a heavyweight helpdesk suite.

You connect your existing documentation, help articles, or website content, and Clanker uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to answer visitor questions grounded in your actual content — not generic AI guesses. Answers stay on-topic because they're drawn from what you've published, and you stay in control of the knowledge the assistant can use.

Unlike closed SaaS chatbots, Clanker Support is open source and self-hostable. Run it on your own infrastructure for full data ownership, or use the hosted version if you'd rather not manage deployment. Either way, there's no per-seat or per-agent pricing model to outgrow.
