What is BATorrent?
BATorrent is a free, open-source BitTorrent client that shows your downloads as a wall of movie, show, and game cover art — fetching real posters from TMDB and game art from IGDB — wrapped in six themes. It's privacy-first: VPN interface binding with a kill switch that drops all traffic if your tunnel dies, a Tor preset, anonymous handshake, and anti-leecher blocking. Plus a browser WebUI with QR pairing, built-in search (including open CIS/RuTor sources with no login), RSS auto-download, stream-while-downloading, and Plex/Jellyfin/Emby library refresh. No ads, no telemetry, no "Pro" tier, no account. Built in C++/Qt 6 on libtorrent, MIT-licensed, by a solo developer. Windows · macOS · Linux
